The other person who has done the work doesnt understand the concept and due to that the COGS is wrong. Still you wont be able to Sync Cin7 with xero on daily basis as Invoice is getting changed after receiving the order as all your products are customized and accordingly rate changes. Once the invoice is updated, Cin7 wont be able to push it to Xero. The reason is when it was pushed earlier, that invoice was matched with the payment.

But after 20 days, they deny it, and instead charge me full monthly fee on backdated months. Later, they booked a meeting – still their senior decision making POC Rushabh didn’t what is document show up, and instead wasted time following up with other juniors. They agreed to provide me another quote for catch up months of 2023 in 2 days but then they instead stopped responding completely.Got a refund of $100 plus a wasted month in waiting. Meru team are helpful and timely with communications around our bookkeeping services. Would recommend them to other businesses seeking these services.

Eight or so months later, after work has been completed, tax returns filed, we can say that Meru exceeded our expectations. They’ve been very easy to work with, have easily resolved issues we struggled with and have made themselves available whenever needed. Most recently they’ve supported us as we’ve setup EDI processing as required by one of our retail customers. At first, I was reluctant to use a book keeping team not based in my country, however after reading many reviews what is a secured credit card and speaking with some of their existing clients, I was impressed.
In the last couple of years I have found them to be good at keeping me informed of their needs, so I can send it to them. They reliably manage payroll and reporting on time every time, are communicative, receptive & a pleasure to deal with.
