Automatic CRL generation removes the burden of manual CRL generation from the Oracle Certificate Authority administrator.
To set up and enable automatic CRL generation:
Navigate to the Notification page of the Configuration Management tab.
In the Scheduled Jobs region, check Enable Automatic Generation of CRL, and choose from the following options:
CRL Auto Generation Interval
Specify how often you want a CRL to be generated.
CRL Auto Generation Validity
Specify how long you want automatically generated CRLs to remain valid.
Synchronize Directory
Check this option to enable Oracle Certificate Authority to automatically remove expired certificates from, and upload new certificates and CRLs to the directory at the interval you specify.
Choose one of the following options:
Click Revert to restore page settings.
Click Cancel to discard your changes.
Click OK to save your changes.
Restart the Oracle Certificate Authority server for your changes to take effect. See Starting and Stopping Oracle Certificate Authority Server
