If you know a portion of a certificate holder's or requester's distinguished name, you can use this information to search for an existing certificate or certificate request.
To search for a certificate or certficate request using a distinguished name:
On the Requests page, click Advanced Search.
The Advanced Screen page appears.
Use the Search menu under the heading Search Using Distinguished Name (DN) to choose between a search for an existing certificate or a certificate request.
In the fields under the heading Search Using Distinguished Name (DN), enter information into as many fields as possible to narrow your search.
Click Go to begin searching.
Information about the certificate or certificate request is displayed on the Requests page.
