Enterprise Security Manager Console is a browser-based application, which you can launch by selecting Operations > Launch ESM Console in the Enterprise Security Manager main application window.
Alternatively, you can also enter a URL into your browser's address field of the following form:
http://<computer_name.domain_name>:7777/oiddas/ui/oideushome
where computer_name is the name of the computer where Oracle Internet Directory is installed, and domain_name is the fully qualified domain name of that computer.
