Creating New Enterprise Users

Before creating new enterprise users, you must define the user search base in the directory. See "User Search Base" in the topic, "Setting Realm Properties."

To create new enterprise users:

1. From the Home page, choose the Users and Groups tab.

2. In the Users and Groups tab page, choose the User subtab (if it is not already selected).

3. In the User subtab page, click Create (located in the upper right corner of the Search Results table). The Create User page appears.

   If your enterprise users are authenticated by using Kerberos and the Create User page does not display a field where you can enter the Kerberos principal name, then see "Attribute for Kerberos Principal Name" in the topic, "Setting Realm Properties."

4. Enter the appropriate user information in the Create User page and click Submit to create a new enterprise user in the directory.
